Calvin College physics professors Loren and Deborah Haarsma have explored what God's Word and God's world teaches us in their book, "Origins: Christian Perspectives on Creation, Evolution and Intelligent Design." They will present the two-part discussion based on their work at First Christian Reformed Church, 516 S. Ferry St., from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (following morning worship services)on March 3 and 10.

Clearly explaining the science, the Haarsmas focus on areas where Christians agree. They also present the strengths and weaknesses of areas where Christians differ.

Admission is free and child care will not be provided.

For information, call the church at 616-842-6370.
