Details of the settlement weren't part of the documents filed last month in U.S. District Court in Grand Rapids, but WOOD-TV reported that it obtained details through a Freedom of Information Act filing.

West Ottawa Public Schools officials said Susan Brennan was fired in 2010 for poor classroom performance. The district said she was dishonest in grading, and failed to use proper lesson plans and grading methods.

Brennan denies the claims, saying she was targeted because she worked as a stripper during a leave of absence.

The settlement is paying Brennan $37,000, plus $8,000 for lawyer fees.

Now that's reporting the uncovered truth.

In the infamous words of David Lee Roth.....classes dismissed!

Now this is a story the Trib needs a pole (poll) for. lol

$5 a vote min.

an ex-stripper can't teach a class, yet a trany kid can take a leak in the girls bathroom. Brilliant.

Well $35,000 isnt much. Its less than a years pay. Now she can work for a temp service like Manpower and really know what it feels like to get your clothes stripped off.

Please remind me, exactly why would it be any of the Ottawa County school districts business that Ms. Brennan was once a Stripper working “legally”? So, the Ottawa County school district decided to pay her $45,000 for what reason? I don’t know why they would pay her a settlement when they fired her because she was dishonest in grading (GMFB), and failed to use proper lesson plans and grading methods. Well, unless the Ottawa County school district “Lied” about why they fired her and decided to cut their losses before the bill would really be high.
