Participants, family members and visitors are offered this convenient way to get back and forth to the City Beach and avoid all the hassle of trying to find a place to park at or near the state park.

In an effort to further support the Soccer in the Sand event, Harbor Transit will be running two buses on Saturday and Sunday roundtrip from the shuttle parking lots to the beach. On Sunday, a third bus will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wait time should be 15 minutes.

The main shuttle parking lot is just west of the U.S. 31 and Taylor Avenue intersection. Signs along Beacon Boulevard direct visitors to the location.

The overflow shuttle lot is west of Beacon and Park Street at Lakeshore Middle School.

The roundtrip cost is $1 per person for the ride to and from the beach. With the state park lot filling up by 10 a.m., this is the quickest, easiest and most convenient way to get yourself, your cooler, beach chairs and everything else to and from the soccer event.
