Thursday: Areas of blowing snow and a chance of snow before 1 p.m., then snow likely with areas of blowing snow after 1 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 29. Wind chill values as low as zero. Breezy, with a south-southwest wind around 24 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70 percent. New snow accumulation of around 3 inches.
