Today: Rain, possibly mixed with snow, freezing rain and sleet before 7 a.m.; then rain, snow and sleet between 7 and 10 a.m.; then rain after 10 a.m. Patchy fog after 1 p.m. High near 46. Breezy, with an east wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 16 to 21 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 29 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100 percent. New ice accumulation of less than a 0.1 of an inch possible. New snow and sleet accumulation of less than a half-inch possible.

Tonight: Rain before 10 pm, then snow. Low around 27. Windy, with an east-southeast wind 20 to 25 mph becoming southwest 29 to 34 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 47 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. New snow accumulation of less than a half-inch possible.

Friday: A 40 percent chance of snow showers before 1 pm. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 31. Windy, with a west-southwest wind 30 to 33 mph, with gusts as high as 55 mph.

Friday night: A 20 percent chance of snow showers after 1 am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 19. Breezy, with a west-southwest wind 19 to 24 mph decreasing to 9 to 14 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 34 mph.
