Thursday: A 30 percent chance of snow before 8 a.m. Partly sunny, with a high near 37. West wind 15 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph.

Thursday night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 23. West-southwest wind around 6 mph becoming light and variable in the evening.
