Spring Lake’s 13 points were nearly double that of Mona Shores, who was the next closest with six.
The Lakers dominated at the top part of their order.
No. 1 singles player Meryn Campbell defeated Mona Shores’ Claire DeYoung (6-2, 6-4) and North Muskegon’s Kat Tyson (3-6, 6-3, 10-4).
At No. 2, Roxane Strobel took out North Muskegon’s Brittany Bailey (6-3, 6-2), before coming up victorious against Mona Shores’ Sophie Gossett (6-1, 6-4).
The Lakers also took three doubles flights.
Audrie Dalman and Megan Oostindie took care of business at No. 2, Gretta Nyboer and Francie Bailey were victorious at No. 3 and Suchleen Singh and Allison Dinneweth finished things off for Spring Lake at No. 4.
Spring Lake split matches in all of its other flights. The Lakers were the only team on the day to not have a flight go 0-2.
