The changes were effective Feb. 6.

Smith joined GHSP in 1998. Previously, he held the position of chief operating officer and has served as vice president of operations. He has more than 30 years of management experience in automotive operations.

In his new position, Smith will continue to direct the operations, engineering and sourcing teams, and will also assume responsibility for human resources and organizational development.

Wagner joined GHSP in 2012 as chief financial officer. In his new position, he will continue to direct the finance and IT teams, as well as expand his responsibilities to include program management, sales and marketing.

Prior to joining GHSP, Wagner served as vice president of finance for Magna Electronics.

“These organizational changes are a proactive response to align GHSP’s resources to support booked business, planned strategic initiatives, and changing customer product requirements," said Nelson Jacobson, chairman, president and CEO of JSJ Corp. "This leadership team has tremendous depth and alignment which, supported by strong financial resources, will continue to deliver on our strategic initiatives and commitments to our customers."

Paul Doyle, president of GHSP since 2008, is leaving the company to pursue other business opportunities.
