Grand Haven High School orientation begins Monday

Grand Haven High School will host an orientation for all students in grades 9-12 during the week of Aug. 22-25. At orientation, students will have their picture taken, receive their instant ID, class schedule and locker assignment. Students will be able to purchase their parking permit, deposit money into their food service account and purchase year books. The orientation schedule is: - Monday, Aug. 22 for seniors - Tuesday, Aug. 23 for juniors - Wednesday, Aug. 24 for sophomores - Thursday, Aug. 25 for freshmen

Orientation times for all classes are as follows: 9-11:30 a.m. for students with last names A-L; and 12:30-3 p.m. for students with last names M-Z. Students may come at any time during their assigned session.

A make-up session will be held on Monday, Aug. 29, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Students who are unable to attend the above-mentioned sessions, may pick up their information beginning Aug. 30.

Parents or students with questions or concerns may call the high school office at 850-6000 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
