Grand Haven High School helped the district make the third annual AP Honor Roll. Schools on the list were selected based on their gains in Advanced Placement access while either increasing or maintaining student scores of 3 or higher on AP exams.

From 2010-12, Grand Haven increased the amount of students taking AP courses from 186 to 277.

“We offer 10 AP courses and have very high expectations of our students,” Grand Haven High School Principal Tracy Wilson said. “In addition, our staff works very hard to offer the AP curriculum to challenge these students and ensure that they are prepared for career and college.”
