Friends and families gathered at First Christian Reformed Church in Grand Haven on Wednesday to watch children from the school's Young Five program through second grade perform in the annual Silver Tea holiday program.

Students performed seasonal songs and hymns, including “Come On, Ring Those Bells,” “Away in the Manger” and “Angels We Have Heard on High.”

Grand Haven resident Chris Walker said this was the first year his daughter, Ana, performed in the annual program. He said Ana, who is in Young Fives, was "ecstatic" and looking forward to singing with her classmates.

“It was fun,” Walker said.
