The show, featuring headliner Honor By August, is a benefit for the Little Red House, a Spring Lake adult day care/respite center.

The Washington, D.C.-based rock band will be joined by Faux Grass, a West Michigan bluegrass group.

The yet-to-be-determined winner from a local high school songwriting contest will also perform at Sunday's event, which runs from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the parking lot behind Seven Steps Up, 116 S. Jackson St. in Spring Lake.

Tickets cost $10 in advance, $12 for online orders and $15 at the door.

“We have the connections in the music industry, we decided to leverage that to get some deals from some good bands and do a benefit concert,” Gary Hanks said. “The Little Red House is small and needs some help. They do some great stuff in our community.”
