Dakotah Quail-Dyer, 30, faces arraignment today on three counts of selling marijuana. He is being held in the Muskegon County Jail on a $60,000 bond for three separate charges.

Quail-Dyer was arrested Wednesday. During a court hearing last month, a Muskegon County judge ruled that Quail-Dyer will continue to have physical custody of Jessica Heeringa's four-year-old son, Zevyn.

Quail-Dyer, who is the boy's father, is fighting to retain custody of the child he had with Heeringa. Jessica's half-sister, Samantha Heeringa was granted visitation rights to Zevyn every other weekend.

Jessica Heeringa has been missing for more than a year. She was last seen working the night shift at the Exxon Mobil station on Sternberg Road on April 26, 2013.

i dont quite follow the story, he is jessica,s husband or boy friend whom they had a child together, also had a child with jessica,s sister Samatha ?

No, Samantha is Jessica's sister who gets visitation with Zevyn every other weekend. According to MLive, he hasn't been allowing Jessica's family to see the child since her disappearance. Samantha had taken him to court and was granted visitation with her nephew every other weekend.

There is much more to this story than we will ever know or be told about. This gal had several different boyfriends. Word is the family knew about some of the others so this guy is not happy about that. I feel sorry for the child.
