Pigs killed in Chester Township barn fire

(WZZM-TV) - Three fire departments responded to a barn fire in the 1100 block of Truman Street in Ottawa County's Chester Township early Sunday morning. No one was injured in the fire, authorities said, but a pig and its six piglets were killed. Authorities said the barn had thousands of dollars worth of farm equipment inside and is a total loss. The investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing.

My condolences to the officers families. A cops job is so dangerous these days.

I feel bad for the farmers. That is a loss. I thought about making a comment about having a big pig roast but then I thought bad for the farm owners and their loss. I suppose it is not funny.
