Police: Double shooting in Muskegon leaves 1 dead

Police are investigating a double shooting this morning that resulted in the death of a 27-year-old Muskegon resident. The incident happened at 5:30 a.m. today in the 600 block of Allen Avenue. The unidentified victim was shot in the torso, police said. He died at the scene. A second victim, a 25-year-old male from Muskegon, was also injured and was taken to a Muskegon hospital, where he was listed in critical condition, police said.
