Ludington police look for baby ‘in extreme danger’

An Amber Alert has been issued for a Ludington baby said to be "in extreme danger.' Ludington police said 4-month-old Katherine Shelbie-Elizabeth Phillips was taken Wednesday by a man who since has been located. Katherine was last seen wearing pink shorts and a matching pink tank top with black and pink flowers.

An Amber Alert has been issued for a Ludington baby said to be “in extreme danger.”

Ludington police said 4-month-old Katherine Shelbie-Elizabeth Phillips was taken Wednesday by a man who since has been located.
