Suspect in gas station killings turned in

Police said two people are dead following a shooting at a gas station in Osceola County, and the suspect was turned in by his father at the home of a county sheriff.

The Morning Sun of Mount Pleasant reported Clare County Sheriff John Wilson said the suspect’s father drove the 26-year-old Harrison man to the sheriff’s home after Wednesday evening’s shooting in Middle Branch Township.

Wilson said the father announced that his son was in the vehicle and had just killed two people.

Police identified the dead as 27-year-old Donald C. Feneis and 23-year-old Gabriel L. Woodworth.

The suspect was being questioned.
