A 20-year-old Baldwin man and his 17-year-old girlfriend are in the Muskegon County Jail, awaiting formal charges.
Allan Wicks, 34, was found dead in his apartment in the 1800 block of Franklin Street in Muskegon on Wednesday night. Medical examiners said Wicks died of a gunshot wound to the head.
Police said they found illegal drugs near his body and they believe his murder was drug-related.
