The burglaries occurred at Sun Lovers Tanning, 281 N. Third Ave.; and Fruitport Oil Change and Car Wash, 345 N. Third.
According to police, both of the incidents took place during the evening hours.
Residents and business owners in the area are asked to remain vigilant and report any observed suspicious people or activity. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 231-72-CRIME or 231-865-8477.
