Buchanan Township fire Capt. Steve Mullen said the fire was reported about 10:50 a.m. Wednesday at the farm, which is about 80 miles southwest of Grand Rapids in Berrien County.

Mullen said the fire appears to be accidental. He said the state police ruled the cause as undetermined because of the heavy damage to the 100-by-100-foot barn.

Mullen said about 50 firefighters from 10 agencies brought about 20 pieces of equipment to fight the blaze.
