Muskegon County Prosecutor Tony Tague said the allegations involve a senior assistant prosecutor and an entry-level prosecutor from his office. They are both suspended with pay as the internal investigation continues.

The alleged act happened Feb. 16, but the probe began last week. Tague said the investigation will determine if the alleged act is a breach of county rules and ethics.

Tague said he will release more details about the alleged misconduct when the investigation is complete.
