Authorities said the charges against Thomas Lopez stem from a 2007 incident involving a female student.

Lopez, 36, works as a student specialist at Steele Middle School. He is also a former varsity baseball coach at Muskegon High School.

Superintendent Jon Felske said a letter was to be sent home to parents on Wednesday.

Lopez has been with the district for 10 years. He is being held without bond at the Muskegon County Jail.

Lets wait til the facts are all on the table.. I am not saying he is innocent but he has only been accused at this point and that does not make you a guilty party.

Sexual crime one of the ugliest crime ever in the criminal history as per the experts.
specially these crimes are happened in the most in the educational institutions and corporate office premises where sexual harassment are also being recognized at every intervals.

In the above article we should also found the very same concept of sex crime by a school employee, in my point of view these kinds of persons are definitely detained and charged with serious criminal activities.
