Window smashed, purse stolen from car

Fruitport Township Police are investigating an incident reported Saturday in which the window of a vehicle was smashed, and a purse was stolen.

text-autospace:none" class="MsoNormal"> color:windowtext">Police said the vehicle had been parked in the lot of the Golden Corral restaurant, 1788 E. Sternberg, between 7:50  and 8:30 p.m. Saturday.

text-autospace:none" class="MsoNormal"> color:windowtext">The victim reported her purse contained cash, identification, credit card(s), and a checkbook.
