In early June, 2-year-old Albert Medino-Razo was riding his tricycle in an alley near Sixth Street and Grand Avenue in Muskegon when he was hit by an SUV. The toddler's mother said she had previously asked the 45-year-old driver to slow down and told her son not to go near the alley because of speeding traffic.

The Muskegon County Prosecutor's Office reviewed the case and said they do not plan to file charges against the driver of the SUV.
