According to Lt. Joe Boyle, Grand Haven Department of Public Safety, the incident occurred at 8 a.m. on eastbound Jackson Avenue when the rear vehicle struck the vehicle in front of him which then struck the Harbor Transit bus.   Three children younger than 12, all of Grand Haven, complained of neck pain, Boyle said. One child was transported to North Ottawa Community Hospital as a precautionary measure.   The other two children were released from the scene, although one later went to North Ottawa Hospital. All injuries were minor.   Boyle said the driver of the rear vehicle had a small bump to his head, but was not taken to the hospital.   The names of the involved parties are not being released at this time, and all parents have been notified of the crash.
