Police: Arby's car thief found at McDonald's

Ryan Griffee is facing felony charges of fleeing and eluding and motor vehicle theft after Greenville police said the 23-year-old stole a car from the Arby's lot last week and took it through a nearby McDonald's drive-through a few minutes later.

Greenville Department of Public Safety Director Mike Pousak said he doesn't know if Griffee "wanted a Big Mac for the ride or what."

The car had a dog inside when it was stolen. Police said the pooch wasn't harmed and was reunited with its owner.

Griffee is being held in the Montcalm County Jail. His next court appearance is scheduled for Monday.
