Lt. Lee Finlayson, 50, of Rockford was arrested Thursday on forcible rape charges in Beaver County, Pa. Finlayson is accused of forcing a woman to engage in sex acts at her home in Brighton Township, about 20 miles northwest of Pittsburgh, in September.
According to court documents, the victim filed for a protection order against Finlayson after the alleged incident. The order was granted Oct. 11.
Finlayson has been a Grand Rapids firefighter since 1997.
