Tiffany Raglin, 25, and Aviyanna Glover, 22, each have been charged with fraudulent use of a credit card. Raglin is also charged with larceny from a person.

Police said one of the women would ask a passerby to help her with her car. As the victim bent over the hood of the vehicle, the other woman would steal the person's wallet.

The stolen credit cards were used at several stores in Norton Shores, Muskegon and Fruitport Township.

Police said two other people were also arrested in connection to the crimes.
