Officials said the suspects were spotted around 4 a.m. Sunday doing doughnuts in the yard of a home in Newaygo County's Garfield Township. When the homeowner came out, police said the suspects fired at least four rounds from the car.

The homeowner wasn't hurt.

The suspects took off and holed up in a home and refused to come out. The standoff lasted about four hours until one of the suspects' grandparents called and persuaded them to give up.

The Newaygo County Sheriff's Department said the suspects range in age from 17-24. They're expected to face multiple charges.
