Man arrested for taking video in college locker room

Ninos Danny Jando, 34, could face a five-year felony for recording video of an unclothed person without their knowledge.

On Monday afternoon, a student told campus security that Jando was adjusting a black toiletry bag that was hanging inside the shower area. The victim thought the suspect's attention to the bag seemed suspicious, like he was aiming it at something.

Campus security notified the Muskegon Police Department and Jando was arrested.

The Muskegon County Prosecutor's Office is reviewing the video on two cellphones that the suspect had in his possession.

Jando is scheduled for arraignment today in Muskegon.
