Rocky Snell, 44, of Egelston Township faces charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and drunken driving.

Police said an Oakridge Public Schools driver complained that Snell backed his truck into her bus Friday, pushing it toward an intersection. No children were on the bus.

Snell and the bus driver are acquaintances.

Snell was arrested at his home. Police said they found a beer can outside the pickup and a nearly empty 30 pack in the truck.

A Feb. 15 arraignment is scheduled.

Very very stupid indeed. Sometimes I would like to know what goes through the minds of people who instigate these sorts of incidents - but then I remember the "careful what you wish for" clause.
