Christopher Scott Walters, of Holland Township, was charged with multiple offenses when arraigned Monday in 58th District Court.
The charges are: careless use of a firearm, discharge of a firearm at a building, felon possessing a firearm, interfering with electronic communications device, malicious destruction of property and habitual offender – fourth offense.
Walters allegedly got in a fight with his parents, and then left the house with a gun. He fired the gun as he was walking away, with some bullets hitting a neighbor’s house.
Ottawa County Sheriff’s deputies and Holland City Police searched all night before a call came in that Walters was back at his parent’s home late Saturday morning.
He was arrested without incident and remains lodged in the Ottawa County Jail.

A felon with a gun is a federal crime. Lets see if Obuma really wants to reduce crime by locking this repeat felon up in a federal prison.
Where is the rest of the story?? Who's gun, was it his parents??...was it stolen??.....interferring with electronic communication? Either way with his record he should be put away...fourth offense!!! Put this wart away before he kills somebody.
