Cecilia Cheney of Niles pleaded no contest to four counts of moving violation causing death. She was sentenced Thursday in a Cass County court to the jail term, plus $800 in fines and costs.
Cheney told the court she's "very remorseful."
Her pickup crossed the center line Oct. 9, 2011, in Milton Township in southwestern Michigan. Prosecutors said Cheney took her eyes off the road and was speeding.
Curtis Stone, Stacey Garza, their son Devin Stone, and Garza's mother, Kathleen Marks, died in the crash. All were from Mishawaka, Ind.; except Marks, who lived in South Bend.

90 days? Is this in addition to time already served I wonder. That's less than a month/life.
What a joke...take 4 lives in a blink of an eye and get a slap on the wrist...get caught with some drugs or some other victimless crime and watch out because you will be getting a whole lot more. What a twisted court system we have.
