The court this week agreed with a Bay County judge who said Rebekah Lloyd is on the hook for triple damages for injuries suffered by Michelle LeBlanc.

LeBlanc was walking home after drinking at a Bay City bar in August 2010. She said she was struck after making an offensive remark to Lloyd and another woman. Lloyd denied even being present, but a jury convicted her of misdemeanor assault.

LeBlanc lost an eye and had bills and other expenses of roughly $42,000. Under Michigan law, a judge can order triple damages if a crime leads to a serious impairment of a bodily function.

Thats's it? I hope that was at the very least plus statutory interest, fees, sanctions, etc., or more to the story?!?

Over the years I have incurred many injuries from heels worn by women, my fault though as I asked them to leave them on during our "wrestling match". I wonder if I can go back and sue at this point; I doubt that any of them are well heeled at this point anyway.

You must be kidding because I doubt anyone who would post a sexist statement like this is getting any anyway. You classless heel. Pun intended.
