Livingston County Circuit Judge Michael P. Hatty on Thursday sentenced Nathaniel Wallace to 5 1/2 years to 15 years in prison for larceny from a building. The Grand Rapids man promised that the judge wouldn't see him again if he could avoid prison.

Hatty said he exceeded guidelines of up to 34 months in prison in part due to the "sheer amount" of prior convictions, which included attempted retail fraud and resisting police.

Wallace was convicted in a bench trial of larceny for tricking a Pinckney gas station clerk out of $98 in September 2012.

See ya in about 5 yrs...bulked up and trained by the best to commit more crime. Turds like this need hard labor. When they're done making big rocks into small rocks for the day they need to be taught a skill, or trade while they are living completly on my dime! When they get out they might actually have a way to contribute to society.

bigdeal

But all the manufacturing jobs went overseas!
I believe MI license plates are still punched out by inmates in Adrian. Which just could lead to gainful trade employment when released.

However, it seems places like the city of Grand Haven would rather hire crews of OC jail inmates and let them mow and do the work that college kids used to get summer jobs in the city for. You know, let them outside, so they can screw off and get a chance to bolt or meet a crony to get their dope for inside.

Wingmaster

Let's play that out further shall we....when said crony shows up with dope..bust him too. Now he can take the small rocks his buddy made and make them into smaller rocks.

Early release turds go to the work force. They can hire these washed turds when they get out of the slammer on early release programs and businesses get subsided by state, fed government for hiring said turds. (We were going to be spending money feeding, burping and diapering them anyway) Now if said turd steals from work place, comes in late to many times per policy...flush...back to the sewer for more treatment. This time they go to serve out their full term.

Now see, this is a fine example of using bodily functions/fluids with all due seriousness - not a trace of humor.

Although I find humor in feeding and burping turds, not everyone in jail is one. That would be like saying that everyone that posts on this site is a moron.
And crony knew where they would be working that day and left a drop stashed for them as planned, so crony is long gone by 'work' time. Have you ever watched those guys work? Takes five guys to watch one guy do the work. They could work for the GH BLP with mad skills like that!

Wingmaster

Didn't say everyone, I'm sure many in there have been framed through the data mining of phone records! In this case, with 50 convictions, I think my comparison to body extriment is pretty accurate!

Geez, pretty hard on the BLP aren't you? Careful someone out there will blast you for being an insensitive moron and mess with your smart meter!

This is the NSA. Surveillance of your smartphone has targeted many spelling errors, specifically the word 'extriment' (excrement) and the disrespectful comparison of criminals to inanimate objects . Besides being offensive to the citizen with 50 convictions, it has provoked inappropriate laughter among our spies, and we are concerned Congress will not approve our next renewal if you do not cease and desist. Thank you for your cooperation.

Wingmaster

Dear NSA, please review the pic I just forwarded of a single digit. While I appreciate your attention to spelling airers, I wish you would focus more clearly upon your direction and detection of rabble rousers in our mist. Intense focus and profiling is needed of emails and postings of monikers with more then one "n" and "a" in the tag. We have been noticing a direct connection to far left groups in the country. Thank you for your sirvice.

bigdeal

lol! Watched the BLP at work yesterday, and that is exactly how it went with them.

Wingmaster

Now see my audience likes it...now lets try making pretzels shall we;-)
