The girls, ages 7-11, were lost in the woods behind their home on Hickory Street early Thursday evening.
Police and firefighters conducted a short search for the girls and found them safe at about 7 p.m. Authorities said the girls were easy to track because Wednesday night's rain left the ground wet.
One of the girls had a cellphone and called 911. She told her parents that she didn't call them because she was only able to call 911 on the phone.
