Someone pulls out in front of another vehicle causing life threading injury and you get a failure to yield ticket. Something seriously wrong with this!!!

If you ride a bike, get into the habit of flicking your hi/low beam on and off in a flashing manner when you come to any intersection that has a car at it. I have used this method for years now and it really makes a difference. Ride as if no one can see you because they usually don't!

What was the driver suppose to get, attempted manslaughter? It was an accident, and from the pictures(on another news site), I would say the speed of the motorcycle may have also been a factor... Its only 30 mph thru there and the bike is well into the engine of the car that is turning left in front of him... The other source, said DRUGS and ALCOHOL were not factors, which leaves speed and attention, not malice... I'm sure all the details will come out later... The story is so short that the lawyers must already be involved...
