Surveillance video from a convenience store shows a van backing into a woman and her young son in late June. Neither the woman nor her child were seriously hurt, but the van sped away from the scene.

Friday afternoon, Muskegon Police arrested a 20-year-old man, who they said was driving the van. Police said they are in the process of obtaining an arrest warrant for a 17-year-old passenger.

Police said they will identify the two suspects after their arraignments. The driver will be charged with two misdemeanor counts of leaving the scene of an injury accident and a charge of driving without a license.
