Joann Vaughan and Susan Adams were charged with larceny under false pretenses under $200. Vaughn will spend 45 days in jail and Adams was sentenced to 93 days in jail.
Both women were arrested in May after approaching shoppers in Roosevelt Park and Norton Shores asking for money. They told people that the money would be used to send Jessica Heeringa's son to Chuck E. Cheese for food and games.
Heeringa has been missing since late April. Police said she was abducted from a gas station/convenience store in Norton Shores when closing the business for the night.
