Nobody was injured in the four-vehicle crash, police said.

Joe Olson, who was riding his bicycle home from work, said he saw the whole thing.

“There was something in the road, like a piece of metal,” Olson said. A car slammed on its brakes.”

Olson said a car and two vans were able to stop safely behind the first vehicle.

But a woman in a white car did not stop and slammed into a passenger van and pushed it into a work van. The work van slid into another car.

“The person who slammed on the brakes just took off,” Olson said.

No other information was available at the time.
