Emergency crews responded to the area of Cleveland Street and Patchin Boulevard on a two-car crash about 6:20 p.m. Sunday.

A 59-year-old Nunica man driving a Dodge Dakota pickup truck rear-ended another car that was turning into the Hathaway Lakes subdivision, said Sgt. Steve Austin of the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department.

Police did not identify the man pending possible charges.

The man was injured, but was not transported to the hospital.

He struck a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica driven by Candice Clyne, 38, of Nunica.

She suffered minor injuries and sought her own treatment.

seems odd they didn't release the name of the 59-year-old Nunica man doesn't it? Wonder if he's related to an oficer/prosecutor....
