I live in this complex, three years. Several theft, break INS have occurred. OCS deputies questioned very few residents. I do not believe the OCS is serving the public to the best of their ability in responding to the needs of this complex. The thefts continue. Monday, a shovel was stolen from my secured (supposedly) vestibule and that night, early Tuesday morning he is found hurt and soul gone from his body, alone inn the snow lady a young man. Just feet from the garage bin where I deposited my garbage Monday evening at dusk. I reported the stolen shovel Monday night via email to LPM who manages this complex. No response. No comment from them, "obviously it is on the news," that stated to me by office personnel Tuesday morning when I called them. I believe it possible that this young man may have stumbled upon a crime being committed there.

You might want to report the stolen shovel to the Sheriff's office rather than the management company if you haven't already done so. It's probably a long shot, but you never know what might turn out to be a valuable clue. It seems like they'd be interested to hear about other crime happening recently in the same area where this guy's body was found.
