The debris forced authorities to shut down a portion of M-6 in Ottawa County's Jamestown Township for cleanup on Tuesday morning. No injuries were reported.

The drive shaft reportedly broke as the garbage truck traveled west on the highway. Other drivers couldn't avoid the parts and debris.
