George Louis Bozik is lodged in the Ottawa County Jail pending hearings on the charges, said Capt. Mark Bennett of the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department.

Bozik was wanted on one warrant in a Norton Shores case on a charge of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Bennett said a $100,000 bond was out on the man for that charge.

No details on that criminal sexual conduct charge were available.

Ottawa County also had a warrant out for the man’s arrest for probation violation on a possession of marijuana charge.

Bennett said the man was also sought for questioning on a separate criminal sexual conduct case in Ottawa County involving a family acquaintance.

Bozik had not been charged in that case as of late Monday afternoon.

Police on Friday conducted surveillance and determined that Bozik was at the home in the 15900 block of 144th Avenue.

He was arrested without incident, Bennett said.
