Former chairwoman Donna Brown of Pentwater said she was greedy. She told a judge Wednesday, "I wanted more and got more."
Brown is likely to face at least four months in jail when she returns to a Ludington court on June 10.
On May 17, hundreds of volunteers will plant 30,000 petunias in Ludington. They're usually in full bloom by July 4. Captains on each block are in charge of watering and weeding.
