The Spring Lake boys golf team finished second at the Ludington Invitational on Monday.
Grandville’s 311 was five strokes better than Spring Lake’s 316. Host Ludington finished third at 321.
Bricker Reed was the top golfer on the day with a 73, while Ben Kramer tied for second at 74.
Brenden Peel and Ryan Johnson rounded out the Lakers’ scores with an 84 and 85.
Spring Lake finished second to Ludington at two jamborees last week. The Lakers were bested by the Orioles 162-169 on the front nine, then came up short 155-158 on the back.
All three events took place at Lincoln Hills Golf Club in Ludington.
