22-year-old Luke Giroux of Grand Haven was the top overall finisher, coming in at 17 minutes, 18 seconds. He was followed by two Spring Lake racers in Erik Nordman (41, 17:35) and Todd Sellon (43, 17:38).
Rising Spring Lake senior Carlyn Arteaga found another victory, less than a month after winning a state title in the 800-meter run, finishing Saturday’s race in 19:36. Fellow Spring Lake resident Jessica Clark took third (23, 21:35).
