The Grand Haven soccer team defeated Jenison on Tuesday, 3-0.
Isaac Braak stuck first, on a laser of a cross from Christian Dault with 7 minutes, 47 seconds remaining in the first half.

Just 25 seconds into the second half, Connor Davison scored a header on a ball sent into the box by Isaac Braak.

The final goal was scored by Cam Lund on a breakaway from a ball played through by Davison.

Riley Taylor was in goal for the shutout, assisted by the defense of David Krapohl, Adam Greer, Luke Staskiewicz, Bryan Villalobos and Kevin Swain.

"Defensively, we're continuing to improve and the back group is quickly coming together as a unit,” said coach Aaron Dean.  “It's obviously a lot easier to win when you're not giving up any goals, and that's where we want to start from."

Adrian Martinez, Derek Braak and Isaac Braak did a good job of holding down the middle of the field, Dean said, while Connor Jettner added great energy and pace off the bench in both halves.
The Bucs improved to 2-0-1 on the season.
