WMC wins golf invite

The Western Michigan Christian boys golf team topped off a great week Saturday by winning the tough third annual Rockford Spring Classic. Fresh off winning the Greater Muskegon Tournament Wednesday, the Warriors posted a 326 at Cedar Chase Golf Club to edge host Rockford by two strokes. Grand Rapids Christian finished third with a team score of 333. Collin Breit shot a 75 and his brother, Alec, added a 77 on the par 72 course while Jon Cook had an 84 and Sam Vos shot a 90.
