A total of 12 teams competed at the event, which was separated into divisions based on the number of riders on each team. Fruitport won the ‘B' Division by beating out the host Packers. Successful riders for Grand Haven included Lily Atkinson, who took first place in the Flag Race and finished with a total of 30 points. Olivia Ortiz won the English Bareback Equitation and the Cloverleaf Race and accumulated 39 points.

Rya Green had wins in Western Showmanship and Pole Bending and totaled 50 points for Grand Haven.

The team’s next meet will be held at the Newaygo County Fairgrounds on May 21.

Since Spring Lake won the "C" Division and GH finished 2nd, Spring Lake must have had some successful riders as well. Details, details.
